Visual Studio 2017 add a context menu item “Open With Visual Studio” on the shell extension of directory

Remove
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\Background\shell\AnyCode
and
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\shell\AnyCode
from Registry to delete it.
