Reading EPWING dictionaries with Dicregate

1,Obtain any EPWING dictionaries.
2,Open Dicregate.exe
3,Select [Dictionary]->[Add Dictionary]->[Electronic Dictionary]

4,Choose the dictionary folder, the folder that includes a file named “CATALOGS”
